… whose goal is to offer visibility to any actor, who :
- develops and runs business or social/educational-oriented activities that directly or indirectly help secure the human being
- and/or engages in the promotion and the education of SRI – Social and Responsible Investment – and/or proceeds direct investment (financial or in-kind) in sustainable business or social activities
- and/or advocates for a sustainable development
Our mission-statement is :
- Set up and update the eligibility criteria to obtain the Label
- Communicate on the Label to the widest audience and encourage the economic and social/educational actors to align on it and request for granting
- Maintain the network of labelled partners with helping them gain visibility
- subsequently, increase the community of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) followers
Initially, we inspired the development of :
1) a PROJECTS APPRAISAL METHODOLOGY
whose goal is to offer a professional tools (based upon the best practices) to appraise sustainable business activities for potential investment.
- Set up and maintain a check-list of relevant questions and a scoring system allowing to assess in an accurate manner the social and environmental impact of a business project or activity while staying financially viable
- Update the check-list with adapting the questions according to the economic, legal and cultural environment if needed
- Use the methodology in collaboration with professional and reliable partners who wish to process a selection of investment opportunities and propose them to clients
2) a MONITORING TOOLBOX
whose goal is to offer an easy-to-use toolkit to measure the social / environmental performance of the business and provide technical assistance on request.
- Set up and maintain a list of tailor-made and very factual KPIs (Key-Performance Indicators) allowing to measure the social / environmental outcomes
- Update the list with adapting the KPIs according to the economic, legal and cultural environment if needed
- Set up and maintain a technical assistance plan (including scope definition, business operations materials) aiming at reinforcing the local capacities, if requested
